Phumelela Secondary School received 35 BlanketsMiddelburg Rotary Club received a request for blanket for 35 leaner’s who are from the most needy and poorest communities of Extension 24 and surrounding farms. The leaner’s commute to school on a daily basis, with some having to walk up to 15km to get to there.
SAP deligates and Rotarian Alta delivered the blankets and commented that the praise and appreciation received from the Principal Daniel Makuse, made the experience worthwhile. This school is truly an example of discipline and good leadership, which will never give up hope. Daniel’s biggest dream is to build a Library at the school and has received confirmation from donors in support of his dream.
